Media Release - Raine Square welcomes Tiffany & Co. and Kailis Jewellery
Charter Hall Group today announced several new high-end fashion retailers to join its Raine Square development ahead of the official precinct opening to be attended by WA Planning Minister the Hon. Rita Saffioti MLA this Friday.Charter Hall Managing Director and Group CEO, Mr David Harrison, confirmed luxury brands Tiffany & Co. and Kailis Jewellery would relocate to Raine Square’s prime retail space along Murray and William Street later this year.
“We are thrilled to be able to confirm Tiffany & Co. and Kailis Jewellery as new long-term tenants. They will join Louis Vuitton and a host of other fashion and lifestyle brands to form the Raine Square fashion and commercial precinct,” said Mr Harrison.
Following a $120 million redevelopment, Raine Square is now home to one of Perth city’s most comprehensive dining, fashion and entertainment offerings.
“The newly revitalised Raine Square provides something for everyone and is situated in one of the prominent locations in the city, accessed by thousands of commuters, shoppers and tourists each day,” continued Mr Harrison.
“Charter Hall has utilised its in-house development expertise across both the office and retail sectors along with its local asset management team to deliver a more accessible and connected destination that provides multiple benefits, strengthening amenity for Raine Square’s commercial tenants and providing an exciting asset for the wider Perth community.” Mr Harrison added.

George Kailis, Executive Chair of MG Kailis Group explained that 2019 is set to mark the beginning of an exciting new journey for the Kailis Jewellery brand with the opening of a luxury West Australian flagship store.
“The location of the store in the emerging CBD Raine Square luxury precinct will present our fantastic jewellery to more West Australians and visitors than ever before.”
Kailis Jewellery have worked with respected designer, David Smith of United Studios to create a space that draws on the natural beauty and femininity distinct to Kailis Jewellery. Smith describes the interiors as “celebrating all that is West Australian and naturally beautiful. We wanted to avoid the hard lines one typically sees in luxury stores. The material palette, lighting and forms are soft, feminine and organic to reflect the quality and designs of Kailis Jewellery.”
The $120 million redevelopment of Raine Square commenced in May 2018. The 12-month build, delivered by Built, has activated 18,000 square metres of retail space across the site and has involved significant redevelopment to ensure amenity, connectivity and accessibility to the neighbouring city precincts and transport hubs, extensive restoration of heritage components of the precinct and the integration of contemporary buildings.
Raine Square now includes 46 specialty retail stores, restaurants and dining options. It is home to Perth CBD’s only cinema – Palace Cinemas – as well as Michelin-starred restaurant Tim Ho Wan.
New fashion retailer and hospitality fit-outs are currently underway with the first to open in late 2019.
Raine Square is located on the corner of Wellington, William, Murray and Queen Streets with direct tunnel access to the Perth Underground train station.
